Want to buy DHA Phase – 9 File (without coming Pakistan),

Thanks for the good work, I am from Saudia and want to buy 10 Marla or 1 Kanal Phase 9 file, please advise without coming to Pakistan how can get file under my name?

Also advise future of Phase – 9 Extension

Note:

1. My Urdu NIC expired on
2. My English NICOP is valid up to
3. I have one DHA – 7 plot under my name
