Please tell me about transfer procedure of file in DHA phase 9, and what document i will be getting after payment. And what after balloting.
Also let me know the expectation about balloting of phase 9.

DEAR Sir,
Generally, once the deal get locked of buyer with seller at agreed terms and conditions, Buyer and Seller has to appear personally in the DHA Lahore Office before the authorized officer for the completion the transfer. Normally DHA Transfer Documentations takes 4 to 6 days.
Buyer has to pay all transfer cost and in case of any outstanding dues against property seller will clear/ pay before the transfer. DHA will issue allocation letter on buyer name.
There is no news about DHA Phase 9 Ballot.
