DEAR ALL!!
WE ALL KNOW THAT DHA IS GIVING POSSESSION OF ITS PHASES GRADUALLY. I JUST NEED TO KNOW THAT WHEN WOULD AIR AVENUE (DHA PHASE VIII) ISSUE WOULD BE RESOLVED. ITS A LONG PENDING ISSUE AND THE PEOPLE WHOA RE LIVING THERE ARE VERY MUCH DISTURBED AND WAITING FOR OTS LONG AWAITED SOLUTION. IF ANY ONE HAS ANY KIND F RELEVANT INFORMATION THEN IT WOULD BE SHARED WILL ALL SO THAT PEOPLE WOULD BE COMPLACENT

Air Avenue has one of the best locations - prices will be higher than DHA 6 and DHA 7 just wait time flies

Dear USA and AA! Its good that you people have good understanding of real estate. There is strong rumour in the market that issue has been resolved. All documents have been submitted by Air Avenue management. Please wait for few days,

Aoa,

Every time you visit DHA Y-blk office, DHA Phase8 Park View Office or Urban developers office they say it will only take 2-3 more months as almost all the issues are resolved. This is the case from last 3 years now. Unfortunately you wont get any correct information from them.

I agree with 'USA' that the location is fabulous. Hence all we can do is wait and pray.

Air Avenue and Parkview do not come even close to DHA "original" blocks. The roads, infrastructure and development in DHA 6,7 can not be compared to "acquired" socities by DHA. Yes PW and AA locations are top undoubtedly but maintenance and infrastructure doesnt match DHA. The price difference says it all!

I agree with Expert that there is development difference between original phases ( Like phase 6,7 and 8) and Air Avenue /Park View. However the location is so fabulous that it cover that factor. Real thing is that when DHA give them right to build houses ; which is suppressed since long.. Who is at fault we don't know but one thing is clear that people who have plots there are affected very much.....

I agree with Farhan Sahib "the location is so fabulous that it cover that factor" Air Avenue /Park View. Don't forget Donald Trump said three times LOCATION, LOCATION and LOCATION.

Please be aware Park View and Air Avenue infrastructure and development is not done by DHA. They were private societies before DHA took over them.
Phase 8 is far far better than Parkview and Air Avenue and without any litigation and management issues.
