Location wise which is the best phase of DHA from the following options:
1) DHA-6
2) DHA-8
3) DHA-9

Fully agree with UAE investor, PV has the best location among all DHA phases.

would NEVER recommend Parkview. It is full of litigations and poor development. Invest in "PROPER" DHA phase 8 if you must. In my opinion, Phase 6 will be number 1, followed by Phase 8, 9, 5 and 7. Stay away from Air Avenue and Parkview.

I agree with expert. No wonder, prices in Parkview and phase 5 and 6 are so different. For a price of one kanal in phase 5, you can get 2 kanal in Parkview. Good location of PW but poor poor development and maintenance. Proper Phase 8 DHA is much much better than PW.

Please be aware Park View and Air Avenue infrastructure and development is not done by DHA. They were private societies before DHA took over them.
Phase 8 is far far better than Parkview and Air Avenue and without any litigation and management issues.

@UAE Lahori: I visited Parkview very recently several times. It is disappointing to say the least. The fact that it is facing airport does not mean its approach is simple. You have to take a U turn from PROPER DHA phase 8 and come back all the way (no exit from ring road). The maintenance of side roads (except main road leading into Parkview) is quite bad. There are villages everywhere and cattle roaming around. No greenbelt maintenance either. I think you should visit it. Most importantly, half of the society is still under litigation. I suggest you go to Pakview first and then go to Phase 6 and see the difference yourself.

As far as location is concerned, my order of priority is ph -8, ph - 6 and then ph - 9. In fact, location is with some reference. So following can be some references to define the best location:-
Air Port, Ph - 8 is located closer to Air Port from remaining two phases i.e. ph 6 and 9.
Ring Road, again ph - 8 is closer to Ring Road.
Commercial Broadway, the most exciting and the largest of the commercial set ups of DHA is also part of Ph -8. So its location is right within Ph - 8.
Location in reference to other phases of DHA Lhr, I think again ph - 8 is much decently and centrally poised amongst all phases of DHA Lhr. You can access all phases of DHA within a drive range of 10 - 15 minutes the most.
I can still explain more about the location of Ph - 8, but I assume, it's already enough to give an idea of DHA Phase - 8 Location.
