I am moving back to Pakistan from US during summer. Plan to be in Rawalpindi-Islamabad area. Looking for suggestion on schools, children doctors, where to live and any business opportunities.

Good business is dairy farm established. Abundant good hospitals and doctors available. Live in DHA , or bahria. |

The best secure place is DHA and Behria. I will also be moving to Pakistan in few years and have bought plot in DHA II.
I would rate DHA better then Behria. I will also advice you to make a visit to Pakistan for making assessment before buying land. |
