I wanted to know whether the plots in phase 9 town are possession plots? If not when is possession expected

Dear Sir,
In DHA Town Phase 9 Possession is still due. the development of A, B & C block is in progress. D block need more time for to be developed.The DHA want to give DHA Town proper access via Askari phase 11 through C block of town as Bedian road widening require more time. In future it will connected through E block of DHA Phase 6. The tentative time for dha town possession is last quarter of 2014 but nothing confirmed until dha announce officially
