I am looking to buy a 1 Kanal file and a 10 Marla file.
Can someone suggest out of phase 6 and phase 7, which one is better? or if you will recommend any other phase of DHA?
Is Phase 6 likely to be a better investment because it will be ready first?
I will be coming to Pakistan next week and some genuine advice.
your help will be appreciated.

I am currently living in Phase-6 and Phase-6 is a better choice and Phase-8 is second choice to make.

@Aslam - Both phase 6 and 7 are good options. Phase 6 is construction ready and phase 7 is also close to completion. Phase 8 and 9 will take 5 to 8 years atleast. |
