Broadway commercial files location any idea?,

Please specify the location of Broadway Commercial/8, files of 4&8 Marla are in which Block???

Its not predictable that in which block 4 & 8 marla files get balloted before draw.It can be in any A, B, C or D Block.

What is the transfer cost of 4 or 8 Marla file and amount of development charges are extra to be paid or is it already included in the current price of the file?

Dear Sir,
The Total transfer Fee is
4 Marla : 193000/-
8 Marla : 360500/-

The expected development charges is as follows will be paid after ballot in 2 years instalment( not included in file price)
4 Marla : 14 Lacs/-
8 Marla : 28 Lacs/-

Its upto DHA when want to the Draw for commercial broadway files but expected in 3 to 4 months.If you are interested to buy commercial in dha, go give us chance to serve you
