AssalamOalaiqum,
I am planning to get services from architect for designing map of 1Kanal house. With some quick survey i found out charges of around 250,000.00 Rs for finalizing map with Architect. This seems to me bit high or is this the current market value. Note this is in lahore.

It varies from architect to architect. Some may charge much more than this & some even around half of this.It also depends upon up to what extent is the detail of services that you expect from the architect. |

You can get a good architect ranging 100 to 150 thousands. I got one @ 120 who provided all necessary design details. |
