Can someone please tell me why 1 kanal phase 8 file is more expansive than phase 7 file.
is there a benefit in investing in phase 7? I am looking to buy a file, is price likely to go up?

Phase 8 location is better then Phase 7. Both will likely to go up in few years. |

Because of the location. Phase 8 is closer to ring road and faces the airport. Phase 7 is behind phase 6. That said, phase 7 has already been given possession in some blocks and construction will be starting soon. If you want to invest long term, phase 8 is better but if its short term, phase 7 may yield more. |
