Need serious advise to invest 20 Millions to invest in property or elsewhere for the period of 5 year with intension of at least doubling the funds, keeping inflation in mind if I can even earn more than double. Request to all other friends plz do not reply with jokes/fun etc.Thx

Buy a 2 kanal plot in DHA phase 7. I gurantee it will be ATLEAST 35 to 40 million in 5 to 7 years. A 2 kanal plot in phase 6 is 35 to 40 million right now. It is bound to catch up with phase 5 so in 5 years, phase 6 plot will be around 50 to 60 and phase 7 will be 35 to 40. |

How about buying 4x 1 Kanal files in DHA Phase 9? In five years ballot would have been done and each plot then would be at least 100+ lacs, therefore at least double the price! |

Dear MR.Luqman,
You must prefer commercial property in DHA Lahore to achieve you goal.
In PKR 20 Million you can buy 4 marla commercial in dha phase 7,8 (Broadway file) or 9.You can make priority as follows.
1)Phase 9
2)Phase 8 Broadway Commercial
3)Phase 7
In case of of residential property, you should go for phase 8 1-kanal plot or phase 9 1-kanal files.
