I want to sale 1 kanal plot the buyer asking me to give mukhtar e khass as he didnt want to pay registery fee should i do this..

please also tell me the difference between mukhtar e khass and mukhtar e aam

example,You have three plots to sell,NO-33,NO-49,NO-566.You want to sell plot no-49,MUKHTAR E KHASS can be made for this plot.the buyer will only be able to sell on plot no-49 and no other property you own.MUKHTAR E AAM will give that person power to sell any of your plots or property you may own.IF YOU ARE SELLING WITHIN YOUR FAMILY THEN MAYBE ITS OK,OTHERWISE AVOID THIS.ALLAH KNOWS BEST.

Dear Mr Zareef,

I would not recommend giving Mukhtar-e-Khas or Mukhtar-e-AAM in this case. Since you are selling this plot by your will then buyer must get it transferred as this might have impact on taxation as property is still under your name. Also its always safe to complete the proper documentation since you are selling your asset.

it will not harm you in any way give it,as it will save the buyer some money he seems to be an investor
