Kindly intimate the latest mkt price of 3931 Y block phase 7. Also plz advise whether it would be gud decision to sell this plot and buy 5 Marla in phase 6. I need a home in 1 year time. Or should I wait and continue living on rent?

Near Y 3931 is valued around 52 Lacs.You can get possession of Y block new cutting by the end of 2015 or ever 2016, Keeping in mind you may switch to phase 6 D Block (Ready To Construct). If you want to go for 10 Marla can wait then Y 3931 is not bad choice for house construction.
