Please suggest, if i invest in dha rahbar phase 2, 5 marla, how much appreciation is expected to happen after balloting. And how much within next 1 year? And how much profit i expect to gain, after paying development charges.

Now its around 19 . I think it wl go to 22 at balloting and after balloting good locations will touch 25 i think |
