LRE Please Share the Transfer procedure of Phase 9 file. Please also mention the Transfer Fee and other Cost (Membership, CVT, ...) involve in Transfer of 5M and 10M file. Thanks

Dear Qasim Sahib,
Once the deal get locked of buyer with seller at agreed terms and conditions, Buyer and Seller has to appear personally in the DHA Lahore Office before the authorized officer for the completion the transfer. Normally DHA Transfer Documentations takes 4 to 6 days.
Buyer has to pay all transfer cost and The buyer will make pay order / demand draft favoring seller for full payment on transfer day.
The Transfer Fee For Phase 9 is As Follows
5-Marla= 44000(Inclusive of all Cost)
10-Marla= 77000(Inclusive of all Cost)

Break Up of Transfer Fee For DHA Phase 9 5 Marla Plot / File
Transfer Fee: 13500/-
Membership Fee : 22830/-
Stamp Duty : 6500/-
Documentation Charges : 2000/-
Generally Corner charges will be paid by the Seller If any.
