Dear LRE,

Me and 3 of my friends are looking to invest 10 million each in DHA phase 7 with an intention to construct houses within next 2-3 years. Can you please tell us which are the top 5 blocks in phase 7?

Also, one of us wants to buy 2 kanal plot phase 7. Which is the best block location and approach wise to buy a 2 kanal plot in DHA phase 7?

You can consider phase 7 Q,T,U,Y and Z block for One kanal Plots in 10 Million Range, If you can raise your budget upto 11 to 12 Million. then R, S W are Ideal
