If you go for Commercial Give Priority As

1) dha phase 9 8-Marla File
2)DHA 8 Broadway Commercial 8 Marla File
3)4-Marla Commercial Plot in CCA-1 or CCA-11 dha phase 8

In Case of Residential Give Priority As
1) DHA Phase 9 Files
2) DHA Phase 8 One Kanal
3) DHA Phase 5 M Block One Kanal/ DHA Phase 7 One Kanal

Agreed with Shahid. All three phases have huge potential for the following reasons:
1. Phase 8 due to location
2. Phase 7 due to the fact that all development is done and possessions being handed over. Construction of houses expected to begin within next 2 months striking up the price to bring it much closer to phase 6. Note, phase 7 is attached to the Golf course.
3. Phase 9 because its quite underpriced but be aware, it is a long term investment so three years may not yield you as much!
