I want to invest 2-2.3 million for 2 years. Which one is better for dha phase 8 or 9?

DHA-8 is double in value over DHA-9 from ages. when DHA-8 was launched @ 45 lac + 10 lac for development. The price of DHA-9 was around 23 lacs. Today an average plot of DHA-8 is around 100 lac and the file in DHA-9 is 50 lac.
I believe this gape will get narrow therefore I will suggest you DHA-9. But your time frame of 2 years has confused me and I do not know what will be exact position and difficult to predict
but in all cases I will go for DHA-9 |

is DHA 9 5Marla file is good option? for 2 years and what is expected profit for 5 Marla in two years time? |

i would advise to keep ph 9 file for 1 year from now and then jump to phase 8 |
