Please let us know the purpose of NDC? can we apply NDC in advance without selling plot to any one? and how much is fee for NDC.
Once NDC report available the is there need to apply again NDC at the time of selling plot?

Dear Sir,
A seller must need to apply a NDC before 4 to 6 days of transfer (As per DHA Bye Laws). NDC Form is completely free & no fee is needed and there is no harm even if you don’t want to sell the plot But it is a must for any transfer to happen. The NDC will expire after month. You need to apply again in case of expiry. NDC help both buyer and seller. After applying this You will aware of if any outstanding dues / Charges remaining before the transfer.
Note : Other than DHA , different societies like Bahria town etc has different bye laws for NDC.
