What do you recommend between DHA Phase 9 commercial file and DHA Phase 8 CCA1 or CCA2 plot?

Dear Sir,
you can buy phase 9 8-marla commercial file in phase 9 where as in CCA1 or CCA2 4-marla you can buy only 4-marla plot.considering 8-marla phase 9 looks better choice.
