Pls. help me to chose best option between Plot near X 870 V/S plot near U 308 to build house and investment option as wel.
Also share how much difference in prices of both plots, i mean value of these plots.

Dear Sir,
Location wise near U 308 is better location than near X 870 for house construction purpose(If you need to choose between these two plots). U block is ready to construct and pocket free but on the other hand there is still village in x block middle area.
DHA Phase 7 Near U 308 is valued around 100 to 102 Lacs.
DHA Phase 7 Near X 970 is valued around 93 to 95 Lacs.
