In this Budget you can be buy either 5 marla plot in dha phase 8, dha town phase 9 or 10 Marla file in dha phase 7/ phase 9. we will recommend to buy 10 Marla phase 9 file for investment purpose. the decision will be yours

DHA phase 7 if you want to construct your house in next 5 years.
