Dear All Lahore Real estate Viewers,
I need your kind suggestions with regard to purchase of 10 marla house (on instalments). At present, Zaamin Fazaia Villa, Raiawind Road and Imperial Gardens, Barki Road are offering 10 marla villas on 2 years Instalment plan.
I have done some basic research through internet (as I am in Abu Dhabi) but really confused as to which option should I go for. My priorities are following:
1.In time delivery of villa as committed
2.Construction material used as promised
3.Location
4.Capital Gain over time
Please advice as I have to make a decision quick but am very confused at the moment.
