Phase 7 vs Phase 8,

I want to invest between 30 to 40 lakh next month. Cant decide between 10 marla Phase 7 file and Phase 8 file. What is the recommendation and why?

Dear Ahmed,

In my opinion phase 7 plot is better than the file of phase 8, because plot is on land while file is in the air at the moment. To earn 30 to 40 lac is not easy. This is my brotherly opinion/advice rest u can decide after getting feed back from property experts.

You wont get 10 marla in either phase 7 or 8 in this price. DHA phase 8 if you want location and DHA phase 7 if you want to construct within next 3 years.

Dear Mr.Ahmad,
You can give priority to phase 7 10 marla over phase 8 z-block files. Because you will get developed plot in 2016 where Z Block location is across the barki road where potential margin is very less

But at the same time there is a lot of price difference in a file and a plot. so it depends on your budget as well.
