Please confim if there is a disadvantage of buying a file compared to a plot in dha.
is there a disadvantage atall or is price fluctation only disadvanatage.
i am first time investor and your help will be appreciated.

no matter what people say, there is ALWAYS a risk associated to a file (location, litigation, price fluctuation as mostly investors buy it) - My strong suggestion is to always prefer a plot on ground than a file. |
