Thanks for giving sincere advice to people who don't have on the ground information and are sitting overseas.
Kindly advise where to invest 15 Million PKR in DHA to get maximum return in 3-5 years. Is there any commercial option also available in this price e.g. Rahbar. Appreciate.

for 3-5 years, invest in DHA phase 7. For 6-10 years, in DHA phase 8 and for 10-15 year DHA phase 9! |

Funny how people misguide. Phase 7 has already handed over possession in some blocks so it is definitely far superior and safe option compared to phase 9. |

Totally agreed with @expert and @expo (In 3-5 years it will be livable in terms of neighborhood)
In my personal opinion DHA.7 will be the best option for handsome return of investment in 3-5 years. |
