Why DHA management is not interested in balloting of PH9, its almost 10 years gone, people are holding a piece of paper(file). Pries are more or less same as 10 years ago, If V invested this amount some other project then may b v wiill be able to make more than this so called Ph9,, Can anybody predict any new date, as DHA management is sleeping well after taking pills

Forget PH9, DHA management and Investors are playing with this Phase. DHA Management did not have the control on this phase, they are still busy working on extensions for PH-7, 8 and 9 shuhada. I have doubt this will take another year to announce balloting and then 2 to 3 years for development.
Be patient and plan your home in PH9 around 2018. |

I fully agree with both of you. Ph9 is a gone case...so we should not put our money in a stagnant place and instead look for better avenues. LRE can best guide us. Rest Allah has the knowledge. |

DHA Phase 7 is far safer and better investment. Phase 9 may have a good location but it is easily a 10-15 year game plan!! |

I think Phase-9 will be developed in 10-years but it will take further 2-3 years to become liveable. |

Phase-7 is affordable at least to construct a house,as prices are within control ,one can get good plot with 10 Million Rs.
At present scenario Phase-7 is Good |

@Ishtiaq - Phase 7 maybe a jungle but atleast it exists and is attached to the Golf course and phase 6. Phase 9 is only on a piece of paper! |
