Plot # 73
This is bit bigger plot than normal. Do I have to pay extra for development charges.
When We can expect this Block to be handed over to clients.

Dear Sir,
The current market value of near M 73 is around 93 to 95 Lacs.You need to wait for possession to know if any excess land in it or not. If yes then need to pay excess area charges will be determine by DHA by that time. You can expect possession in 2015.
