aoa, from materialistic point of view in my opinion the options are:
1) comercial plot 4 marla in DHA Phase -9 proper,and for remaining
amount u can buy one 5 marla residential file either in Dha Phase-9
shohda town or in proper phase 9
2) Increase budget 15lac and buy 4 marla commercial file in dha ph 9
shohda town
3) buy one kanal plot on main buleward in LDA AVENEW -1 LAHORE AND SAVE
approx 2.5 million which can be invested for purchaase of 5 marla residential in dha ph 9
