I am looking for a 3 marla house in range of 13 to 15 lacs in nearest location of thokar niaz baig.

Please Advise?

I would recommend if you can add more 4 LAC. Buy Phase 9 5M file and take your profit after few months. Then you make your home easily. Allah Kareem.

Asim Bhai thanks for your reply, 15lac is my total maximum amount, and i want to just 2 to 3marla house for my family residence near to my office Tokar nias baig.
if any option or any society near to tokar niaz baig in my total budget, please let me know... and guide me..
