Can someone let me know what is risk of buying a DHA 9 5 Marla file.

Sir, I am serious to buy phase 9 5Marla file so what is risk is involve except that project is late, is it guarantee that I will get plot after ballot or DHA can deny plot to file holders? Please guide.

DHA is DHA, not some Aaaro Garnaid's housing scheme. Ofcourse a file holder would get plot after balloting. There is no better secure investment than DHA and Bahria town.

It is certain that File Holder will get plot after ballot. It is mandatory for DHA to allott plot after Ballot. DHA is free from such thing and securest one.

Thank you sir, its very heard earning money and want to save for my kids so I am very careful before buy, now I will go ahead and buy 5M file in DHA 9, can you provide contact name who should I contact to buy 5 Marla file and please provide complete information for charges and commission etc and how long it will take.
