When will construction start in phase 8,

Hello,
I came here for guidance and help. I currently own a alloted plot in DHA phase 8 lahore. I really want to start construction on my land but i think its not wise to sell this one and buy another.When will construction start? is it worth the wait?. Its just north of the park between one main road and a single road. (facing east) i think this is a really good location and I have the funds to start making a cozy little home. My plot is 1 kanal
Should i wait till the construction starts? I do currently own a good home in a really safe and healthy neighbourhood. But i dislike my current home, although i can go a year or two in it. I ask for guidance and consequences on what my actions will bring.
