I am overseas Pakistani have budget 4 millions want to invest for 3 to 5 years, please advise the best option from the below?

1. DHA Lahore Phase 9 File 10 Marla For 36.15
2. DHA Lahore Phase 7 File 10 Marla For 39.25
3. DHA Lahore Phase 8 Z Block, File 10 Marla For 33.50
4. NFC Phase 2 Lahore, Plots 1 Kanal 26 To 45 Lacs

Looking at the track record of DHA regarding the files , i would strongly recommend that do not stroll around files because either they are fruitful or in vain. Buy a proper plot and looking at your budget, you can buy a 125 Sqr ft plot in Phase 6 block E. Rest your will

Raise the budget a little bit and buy 10 marla proper plot in DHA phase 7.
