I'm looking to make investment in Phase 8. Please confirm if 4m Commercial Plot in CCA 2 is better or two 1Kanal plots in W Block? Total investment will be around 330-350 lacs.
Please provide your opinion on 3 year valuation of both options.

In my view Residential plots in W and V block are better. |

If you go for Two one Kanal plots in W-Block, you will find plots rates around 200 lacs Each. On the contrary DHA PHASE 8 CCA-II 4-Marla Commercial Plot can be around 450 to 500 Lacs After 3 Years. The choice will be yours.
