We are living in Fazaia since 2012, and we were the first residents. Up till now more than 60-70 houses have been built.All is going well but the problem we are facing is the mosque and mart.

I was planning to buy a 10 marla villa in Zaamin Fazaia villas. I will appreciate if you could kindly explain following:
how far Fazaia / Zaamin Fazaia villas are from Thokar Niaz Baig?
Do zaamin fazaia villas would deliver the villa in time since it would be instalment based plan?
Do they use good construction material?
What is the expected rent for 10 marla house in Fazaia?
Is Mosque, mart and commercial area under construction?

Dear can you give me your valuable advice that what is expected price of 10 M and 1 kanal plot worth in Fazaia and what is its future prospects. I am quite keen to buy plot and build house there. Since you are living there, no body can guide me other than you. |
