I am looking for opinion for selling my plot in DHA Phase 5 and reinvesting it in DHA Phase 8...Pls advise??

What is the use to change the name it wil not change location and town planning.

Dear Fahad Sahib,
It is recommendable to sell dha phase 5 plot and invest in dha phase 8 to get better returns in next two years.You can two one kanal plots in dha 8 for one kanal in dha phase 5.

Just go and see phase 6 first.
I believe till 2025 phase 8 will be liveable like phase 5.
My suggestion would be don't trade gold with copper.
