10 to 12 million approx for 5 marla and 15 to 22 million for 10 marla. The price states above is just the plot price - not the house. |

why spending over 10 million for an old home in 3 or 4 phase whereas you can buy a 5 Marla plot and then construct your dream home under 10 Millions within sophisticated phase 6. |
