I am looking to buy a plot/file for investment purpose in DHA. Budget is 40-45 lac. Which block/phase would you recommend? File or plot? I will keep the file/plot for a year or two. any recommendation?

In the current scenario, strongly encourage you to invest in a physical plot. In this budget, consider DHA phase 7 10 marla. |
