can u pls evualte the price for phase 5 m block dha lahore for plot no 741-745 as these plots have more area on map which is 40/145 as compared to other plots in this sector having area of 50/90 for all.
pls give exact price even after possession dha ask to pay more for this land which is more than kanal and is 5800 square feet.

Dear Sir,
No one will Pay for excess area Before Possession. Currently If you are interested to sell your plot you will get one kanal price.If you want to include expected excess area(5800 Square Feet) in the plot prices you have to wait for possession.
