Brotherly advise is not to buy a file in PH9 but if you can wait for another 10 years then invest in PH9. Otherwise invest in PH7 or 8.

Dear Sir,
The transfer fee is Rs.128,000/- but DHA in now undertaking from purchaser at time of transfer for any increase is CVT & Stamp duty once implemented by the authorities From 1st of July 2014( It is Proposed by Punjab Govt that CVT & Stamp duty will be 3 % instead of 2% previously )
