Ramzan 15 kay baad ki market plus ha phase 9 ki. Khas torn par 5 marla phase 9 ma kafi bahtari Ho gi.i think near or after eid 5 lac tak to plus karay gi. Last year before. Ramzan price was. 16 and after famzan it was 22.50. But this time it is already at 19.50 |

Phase 9 town ma ya phase 7 ma profit kay liya ap ko kamazkam 1 ya 2 years ka wait karna Ho ga. Or mayra khiyal ha dha phase 9 ki balloting end of this year ya start of next year kar day ga. Jis a profit ka chance ziyada ho ga. |

Over all phase 9 kind location daykhi Jay to phase 8 kay muqabalay ma bi ziyada bahtar ho gi. Ferozpur road direct ring road. Metro bus . Near to phase 5 jahan es waqat 5 marla 75 say 80 lac ka ha. Phase 7 to wasay hi lahore ka eak kona or dead location ha near to BRB canal. Phase 9 or phase 7 kind location ka koi muqabala nahen ha. |
