The above real, ethical, noble, patt, pompi is one guy. The fact is that phase 9 has far better location than phase 7. As far as investment is concerned phase 9 will give more return in less time for sure and beside how many investors are actually buying for building their home. so 10 years until phase 9 is liveable is irrelevant. Go for phase 9 before its too late.

p.s.I agree phase 9 is a better location just very long term investment. Also, I would not buy a file which when balloted could end up being in a village or facing graveyard. Much safer to buy something on ground.
