Also what is difference in NOC and clear plot?

Dear Mr.Ali,
DHA Phase 9 D 1793 is valued around 37.50 Lacs

In Case of Army Quota Plot , It is mandatory for Army Personnel to get no objection certificate (NOC) from GHQ to sell their plot / File . IF NOC is Ready Then transfer can be executed easily other wise wait for NOC.
