LRE could you kindly advise on the status of any construction activity in phase 7. Me and two of my colleagues in KSA are looking to buy a plot with an intention to construct a house in 3-4 years. Do you think phase 7 will be somewhat populated by then?

Dear Sir,
If you have Plan for construction after 3 to 4 Years then Phase 7 is really good choice considering the prices prevail now. For Sure we will see with the passage time Phase 7 will be populated and after 4 year you will a large number of houses in phase 7.

Construction activity has been started in phase 7. One site near 540-R. Some drawings already submitted in DHA for Q block |

Yes I personally know of two friends starting construction in phase 7 S and U blocks this year. |
