dear LRE team..i have a proper phase 9 allocation file. i hv purchased it for 18.75. can u plz guide me whether to sale it or hold it for few days. do u think prices will go up for phase 9 proper till eid or after eid ? thankyou

the question is why do you want to sell ? if you are not in real need or if you have other plan to reinvest some where there is nothing like DHA-9 Just keep it You will not be gaining as much you can expect from this investment. Keep it as long as you can. |

Yes no need to sell .tell ur kids& even grand kids not to sell the file because when balloting will happen ,prices willll go very high |

I bought same file for the same price like around 18.50, this price was in the end of 2008 or in 09. Since you have been waiting for so long to see the gain then why not to wait till balloting. This is the most delayed project of DHA ever seen and they are sleeping like a Rabbit with no worries that peoples have invested their hard earning and more than even 10 years have already passed since they launched PH-9. My friend this is called Pakistan where no one cares for anyone. |
