To lahore real estate I am an overseas Pakistani I am interested in purchasing a 1 kanal plot in phase 7 .please could you tell me what is the agents commission on top of the plot price and DHA fees .also if someone buys a file in phase 7 what is the devolopment. Charge on top of the file price can this be paid when file is purchased.how long do you think it would take to get the plot on the ground if you purchase a file as there is work progressing in phase 7 .

>If you go for file then development charges is around PKR 1.5 Million ( Payable in quarterly installment in 2 Years after ballot)

The Transfer Fee of of 1- Kanal : PKR.155000/-
Once the deal deal locked , Buyer and Seller has to appear personally in the DHA Lahore Office before the authorized officer for the completion the transfer. Normally DHA Transfer Documentations takes 4 to 6 days.
