I have plot of IK in Y block Phase 7. Please intimate what is the procedure of selling it off. If the approximate price of plot is 95 and all the installments have been paid,how much net amount I will get after paying commission etc? Thanks in anticipation for your valuable services

do u please also let me know whats going on w block why is nt going to procession some one told there is little litigation but when i see the map is very clear litigation show on v block please let me know the pic of w block |

If you are interested to sell your plot cotntact Mr.Hassan Raza of Lahore Real Estate at 03028449766.He can arrange buyer for your plot.He will give you market value of plot. Principally It is responsibility of seller to clear all outstanding against his plot(If any). the commission will be 1 %.
