I would like to invest around 13 Million after eid for 3 - 4 years investment. I am confused which phase should I invest in? Phase 6, 7 or 8? Why the prices are almost the same in these 3 phases?
Are there any other better opportunities in the market for investment for 3 - 4 years return?

PHASE 7 IS best away from aereplane noise pollution causes insomnia(sleepless night). specially Y Block is beautiful block |
