I am in USA. Can I give my husband Power of Attorney to sell the plot in my name in DHA Lahore as he is going to Pakistan? If yes please advise regarding procedure. Thanks.

You have to come personally to Pakistan to sell your dha property as per DHA BYE LAWS. DHA Do not Accept Power Of Attorney etc
