Which is a better investment for 1 year – 5 marla DHA town phase 9 file or 5 marla DHA Phase 9 file assuming that Phase 9 balloting will occur in less than 1 year.

Dear Mr.Tausif,
Make your first priority to buy dha phase 9 proper File.If ballot of both files held together than why need to buy town file at higher rates because it is mandatory that you will get plot in phase 9 buy not confirmed to get dha town (almost developed) with surety. The probable is high that ballot will held simultaneously

If this is case that phase9 is better then why rates of dha town are higher? |
